Omega Sports Rehabilitation, Inc. in Los Gatos, California is a private practice outpatient physical therapy clinic dedicated to the treatment of a wide range of neuro-musculoskeletal disorders and diseases. You will discuss your symptoms and desired outcome for treatment with your physical therapist. Your therapist will then perform a comprehensive hands-on evaluation to help identify the physical limitations unique to your condition. Based on your goals, the requests of your referring doctor, and the results of the evaluation, you and your therapist will agree upon a treatment plan together.
